To be perfectly honest this add get no sexual rise out of me as a man at all. Ill agree that their is a lot of stigma around it because of the origins of the style, but it could be that is the very reason(subconsciously) these things do not arouse me..Its true, I can't speak for all men, but for even the most sleazy man I know this does not even register as a blip on his Aliens style radar assault rifle. Even subconsciously this add will fail to appease any of the men I know sexually. This image will not pop up in any of my dreams..So spreading the sexualzation of women? I think not. Why? It is just to old and to get a rise of my generation..That being said, I do think it is more important to be sure the group your advertising is not offended and the sure stigma surrounding these images might have been enough to set of red flags..However, just as I turned to the female next to me in the computer common lab at my college to ask if she felt the above image sexualizes women. They my have gotten a blank stare and a "no, why" just as I did..mireee, above just runs my thoughts home..Too much feminism here IMO, they have more current issues to focus on(pun intended).
